In place of your never ending negative, worrisome and doubtful “What if” thoughts, you will find the mental game mind set of mental toughness that you had before the baseball yips’ nightmares of fear and anxiety entered your mental game and mechanics. Your mind will no longer be racing and cluttered. It will be peaceful. You will be focused, confident and throwing effectively and effortlessly. You will feel totally relieved and all your muscle tension will have melted away. You will have fun once again playing the game you love.

Once the yips are destroyed with the Yips Doc’s Mentalball technique on a one to one phone conversation, you will immediately return to your original mechanics, mental game and mental

toughness and THROW WITHOUT THINKING. You then know your baseball mechanics without thinking and what the proper choice is in the moment, just as you know without thinking when your are thirsty, hungry, tired or choosing an item from a restaurant menu.

NO MORE YIPS MEANS THROWING WITHOUT THINKING

(Continued)

The problem some of Major League Baseball’s classic players had with throwing yips orchestrated by their invisible opponent were career terminators. For example, Chuck Knoblauch’s yips throwing problem took him completely out of baseball. Similarly, catcher Mackey Sasser’s double pumping yips and Steve Blass’ wild pitches and inability to find the strike zone ended both of their careers.

Steve Blass and the Yips Doc, Dr. Richard Crowley, worked together on his wild pitches in 1998 for one hour and he went to the mound and immediately threw his first strike in quarter of a century. Blass, diagnosed as having Steve Blass disease, later pitched an entire game at Pirates Fantasy Camp without a wild pitch!

Like Steve Blass, Mark wohlers fell from grace with one wild pitch after another yet made a miraculous comeback in 1999 when the Cincinnati Reds flew Dr. Crowley in to work with wohlers. In only one three hour session Dr. Crowley worked with Wohlers and Mark’s classic wild pitches were replaced with strikes.

Steve Sax and Dr. Crowley worked together in 1983 and Sax quickly overcame his errant throwing problems to first base. Steve Sax’ career continued for many years with less anxiety. Dr. Crowley stronger contends that Chuck Knoblauch, Mackey Sasser, and Rick Ankiel could have had the same positive results, had they had the opportunity to work with him.
